Scored a totally straight Miata door for $50 with perfect glass AND an electric window regulator that may or may not work. So my passenger side will hopefully be electric now, yay! Passenger electric window, driver has a window washer... My miata is symmetrical as hell. Also pictured is the back seat if the murdersofa. Dear lord. It’s a lot worse than I remember it. When I get the miata running I would be very interested to race the two because I actually think my little baby car is faster than the loud-and-proud luxobarge.

Only salvage miata in this part of the state that I know of. I got super lucky. I might buy the valve cover off of it just to have one to fuck with. It also had a top with a glass window that appeared to be in usable condition.

I was just randomly making a comment on my priorities. I need the car drivable by Tuesday but I’m sitting here going “OOH I SHOULD INSTALL MY NEW SEAT APHOLSTERY AND MY NEW SOFT TOP AND I SHOULD RE-DO THE DOOR CARDS AND STRIP AND CLEAN THE ENTIRE INTERIOR WHILE I’M AT IT AND BUILD A CUSTOM SUBWOOFER ENCLOSURE BECAUSE I MISS THE LUDICROUS BASS IN MY CIVIC”
